Dr Beazley is a Darwin based Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in shoulder, elbow and hand surgery. He is caring and personable and takes great pride in providing the highest standard of evidence based care for patients with upper limb conditions.

Dr Beazley completed his medical training at the University of Leeds in 2005 and his orthopaedic training in the West Midlands, UK in 2016. He completed a masters in Health Sciences at Warwick University in 2013 and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2016. In 2020 he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

Dr Beazley has completed three years of advanced fellowship training in Shoulder / Elbow and Hand / Wrist Surgery in Exeter, Geelong and Auckland. During his fellowship training he learnt advanced upper limb techniques from world specialists ranging from shoulder joint replacement and upper limb key-hole surgery to advanced hand surgical techniques. Dr Beazley has a keen interest in research and has published over 20 papers in peer reviewed scientific journals.

Dr Beazley lives in Darwin and works both at the Royal Darwin Hospital and at Darwin Private Hospital and has a strong commitment to serving the local community. While not at work he will often be found on the water kitesurfing, sailing or fishing.
